Milestone Recognition
The Risewell Homes Milestone program provides a special way to celebrate team members who reach 1, 3, 5, 10, 15+ years of service with the Company. Each Milestone award includes a special celebratory gift. Starting with the 5th anniversary, the award also includes a bonus and an extra week of milestone time off.
