At Risewell Homes, we believe our success is built on the shared talents and passions of our people. That’s why we’re committed to attracting exceptional individuals—and creating a culture and workplace we can all be proud of.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and financial future. Our benefits include paid time off, a variety of health insurance options, and a 50% 401(k) match on contributions up to 8%. We also provide unique programs such as Gradifi, which helps team members pay down student loans faster, Pet Insurance and Walkingspree wellness incentives.
At Risewell, we view benefits as more than just part of compensation—they’re an investment in the people who make everything we build possible.

Paid Time Off
We believe time away from work is essential for balance and overall well-being. Our generous vacation and sick time policies give team members the opportunity to rest, recharge, and enjoy what matters most outside of work.
Full-time team members accrue a minimum of 120 hours of vacation within their first 12 months of employment, with annual accruals increasing up to 160 hours based on position and length of service. In addition, all full-time team members receive 80 hours of sick time each year to support their health and wellness.
Friends & Family Day
This is an annual paid day off to celebrate and strengthen relationships outside of work. In addition to an extra paid day off, this benefit also includes an expense reimbursement of up to $150 for the activity enjoyed that day.
Health Care
Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are offered to full-time team members and their families. Team members in all geographic regions have a medical option with a low annual out-of-pocket maximum. Medical insurance includes coverage for virtual visits and telemedicine. The company pays for full-time team members to have Basic Life & AD&D insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability. Additional benefit options for plans are also available for supplemental life insurance and AD&D, as well as plans to provide coverage for incidents of critical illness, hospital care, unexpected injury or illness associated with accidents.
